This is NGS data obtained by shallow equencing of Exo-C libraries.
Libraries were prepared by Masha on Oct-Dec 2020 from patients blood samples.
The Hi-C libs from different partients were pooled together and exome-enriched.
Sequenced by Max Filipenko lab and revieved 28-12-2020. Note that R1 length <> R2 length for this seq.
