Here are .bedGraph tracks representing A/B-comparments calculated using different algorithms:

juicer - PC1 values are calculted by the default juicertools algorithm;
cropped.pc1 - PC1 values are calculated by matrixes cleaned from heterochromatin;
framed.pc1 -  PC1 values are calculated by matrixes cleaned from heterochromatin and splitted by 10-15 Mb size frames;

ce.pc1 - PC1 values are calculated by contrast enhanced algorithm
