The files named with "from.species" are processed by lift-overing CEs from specified species. 
The files named with "lifted-cons" contain all CEs.


The files named with "
filtred-cons" contain only CEs mapped on loop anchors for all species. 

Each CE is colored according to the genome position in reference species: "green" CEs are out of the loop anchors; "red" CEs are mapped at the first loop anchor
; "blue" CEs are mapped at the second loop anchor.
